Diseases of Bees Designation Regulation Règlement sur la désignation d'agents pathogènes Regulation 120/2003 Règlement 120/2003 Registered July 18, 2003 Date d'enregistrement : le 18 juillet 2003 Designation of organisms as diseases Désignation d'organismes à titre d'agents 1 The following organisms are designated pathogènes as diseases of bees for the purposes of The Bee Act: 1 Les organismes indiqués ci-après sont (a) all species of genus Ascosphaera l'application de la Loi sur les abeilles : (Chalkbrood); (b) all species of genus Varroa; Ascosphaera (couvain calcifié); (c) all species of genus Tropilaelaps. b) toutes les espèces appartenant au genre désignés à titre d'agents pathogènes pour a) toutes les espèces appartenant au genre Varroa; c) toutes les espèces appartenant au genre Tropilaelaps.
