“crop insurance” means insurance against one or more of the following losses: (a) loss of production of designated agricultural crops from designated perils; « assurance-récolte » désigne une assurance contre une ou plusieurs des pertes suivantes : a) la perte de production de récoltes agricoles dési gnées résultant d’un risque désigné; d) la perte de revenus de récoltes agricoles désignées résultant d’un risque désigné; ou e) toute perte prescrite par règlement; « corps constitué » désigne un corps constitué en vertu de l’article 2. 1995, c.15, art.1. 1 The Minister of Agriculture and Aquaculture, for and on behalf of Her Majesty in right of the Province, may, when authorized to do so by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, enter into, execute and carry out an agreement or agreements respecting crop insurance in the Province with Her Majesty in right of Canada as represented by the Min ister of Agriculture for Canada to the extent approved by and in accordance with the terms and conditions, if any, prescribed by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council. 1966, c.5, s.1;
