The Community Parks referred to in items 1 to 3 and 5 to 11 of the Community Parks and Wayside Parks Order, established by regulation numbered R-064-94, are continued as the Community Parks set out in items 1 to 10, respectively, of the Schedule under the name, location and description set out in those items. 1. (1) The addition of an item to the Schedule continues the area set out in that item as a Community Park. 2. The Community Parks and Wayside Parks Order, established by regulation numberedR-064-94, is repealed. 3.
