[...] Inconsistencies in regulations Incompatibilité — règlements (3) In the event of an inconsistency between a consolidated regulation published by the Minister under this Act and the original regulation or a subsequent amendment as registered by the Clerk of the Privy Council under the Statutory Instru ments Act, the original regulation or amendment prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. Current to November 9, 2016 1 À jour au 9 novembre 2016 British Columbia Milk Order Décret sur le lait de la Colombie-Britannique 1 [Repealed, SOR/2001-16, s. 14] 1 [Abrogé, DORS/2001-16, art. 14] Interpretation Définitions 2 In this Order, Acts means the Milk Industry Act and the Natural Prod ucts Marketing (BC) Act of British Columbia; (Lois) Board means the British Columbia Milk Marketing Board established pursuant to the Natural Products Marketing (BC) Act of British Columbia; (Office) milk means milk or cream from cows, produced in the Province of British Columbia for consumer use in liquid form in Canada; (lait) Plan means any plan for the marketing of milk, estab lished and amended from time to time pursuant to the Acts. Interprovincial Trade Marché interprovincial 3 (1) Subject to subsection (2), the Board is authorized to regulate the marketing of milk in interprovincial trade and for that purpose may, with respect to persons and property situated within the Province of British Columbia, exercise all or any powers like the powers ex ercisable by the Board in relation to the marketing of milk locally within the province under the Acts and a Plan. 3 (1) Sous réserve du paragraphe (2), les pouvoirs conférés à l’Office par les Lois et le plan relativement à la commercialisation du lait dans la province de la Colom bie-Britannique, à l’égard des personnes et des biens qui s’y trouvent, sont étendus au marché interprovincial.
