[...] Inconsistencies in regulations Incompatibilité — règlements (3) In the event of an inconsistency between a consolidated regulation published by the Minister under this Act and the original regulation or a subsequent amendment as registered by the Clerk of the Privy Council under the Statutory Instru ments Act, the original regulation or amendment prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. Interpretation Définitions 2 In this Order, Board means the British Columbia Hog Marketing Com mission; (office) hog means any hog produced in British Columbia. (Board) Interprovincial and Export Trade Marchés interprovincial et international 3 The Board is authorized to regulate the marketing of hogs in interprovincial and export trade and for those purposes may, with respect to persons and property situ ated in British Columbia, exercise all or any powers like the powers exercisable by the Board under the Natural Products Marketing (BC) Act of British Columbia in rela tion to the marketing of hogs locally within British Columbia. 3 Les pouvoirs conférés à l’office par la loi de la Colom bie-Britannique intitulée Natural Products Marketing (BC) Act relativement à la commercialisation des porcins dans cette province, à l’égard des personnes et des biens qui s’y trouvent, sont étendus aux marchés interprovin cial et international.
