[...] Inconsistencies in regulations Incompatibilité — règlements (3) In the event of an inconsistency between a consolidated regulation published by the Minister under this Act and the original regulation or a subsequent amendment as registered by the Clerk of the Privy Council under the Statutory Instru ments Act, the original regulation or amendment prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. Act means the Natural Products Marketing (BC) Act, RSBC 1996, c. 330. (Loi) Commission means the British Columbia Cranberry Marketing Commission. (Commission) cranberries means any variety of cranberries (vaccinium macrocarpon) grown in the area to which the Plan re lates. (canneberge) Plan means the British Columbia Cranberry Marketing Scheme, 1968. (Plan) Interprovincial and Export Trade Marché interprovincial et commerce d’exportation 2 The Commission is authorized to regulate the market ing of cranberries in interprovincial and export trade, and for those purposes may, with respect to persons and property situated within British Columbia, exercise all or any powers like the powers exercisable by it in relation to the marketing of cranberries locally within that province under the Act and the Plan. 2 Les pouvoirs conférés à la Commission par la Loi et le plan relativement à la commercialisation de la canne berge en Colombie-Britannique, à l’égard des personnes et des biens qui s’y trouvent, sont étendus aux marchés interprovincial et international.
