opyright © 2006: Queens Printer, St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 1194/96 Blueberry Management Units Designation Order under the Lands Act (O.C. 96-613) Under the authority of subsection 57(1) of theLands Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Blueberry Management Units Designation Order . Units designated 2. The Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates those areas on file with the Minister of Forest Resources and Agrifoods as Blueberry Management Units. Use of designated units 3.
