Règlement sur le tribunal d'appel Regulation 247/96 Registered December 16, 1996 Règlement 247/96 Date d'enregistrement : le 16 décembre 1996 Definition 1 In this regulation, "agreement" means the National Agreement Establishing a Tripartite Gross Revenue Insurance Plan for Crops entered into between the Government of Canada and provinces. Appeals under GRIP 2(1) For the purposes of the agreement, the appeal tribunal shall be the review body for the province which shall hear appeals (a) respecting matters of quantum relative to a producer's yield in any given year or years, including assessment by the corporation of uninsured causes of loss; and (b) from any decision of the corporation to cancel a revenue insurance contract.
