STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. 35 of 1996 REGCILATIONS made by the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries in exercise of the powers confe"ed upon him by ,ection 13 of the Fisherie,· Act, Chapter /1,f oftlte Laws of Belize, Revised Edition 1980-90, and all other powers thereunto hint enahlinK. (Gat.etred 16th March, 1996.) I. These IV.•g\llations. may be cited as the HOL CHAN MARINE RESERYE (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, I 996. and shall be read and construed as one with the Hot Chan Marine Reserve Reb'lllations, which as amended are hereinafter referred to as the principal Regulations. Regulation 11 of the principal Regulations is her~by "'mcn<loo,;i.tor amended in subregulation (2) (a) by the repeal of the Rogw••••· expression "$3.00 per person pet day" appearing in item 1 thereof (Tourists) and its substitution by the expression, "$5.00 per person per day. 11 MADE by the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries this 8th day ot March, I Y96.
