STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. 79 of 1990 ORDER made by the Minister of Agricu/tun, and Flsherks in exercise of the powers co,ifernd upon him by Section 4 of the F!rherles Act, Chapter 174 of the Laws of Helm, 1980 os amended, and all otlwr powers thereunlo him enabling. (Gazetted 2/stJulv, 1990,) This Order may be cited as the FISHERY OFFICERS (APPOINTMENT) ORDER, 1990. Shor1 Tltlt. 2. Fisheries Act, as amended, do hereby appoint the following officers to be Fishery Officers for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of the said Act and the Regulations made thereunder: All Officers who are for the time being members of the Maritime Wing of the Belize Defence Force and so long as they serve as such members, GIVEN under my hand this 22nd day of June, 1990.
