STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. 27 of 1997 REGULATIONS made by the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 1.J of the Fisheries Act, Chapter I 74 of the Laws of Belize, Re>'ised Edition 1980-19911., and all other power.'i thereunto him enahling. f(iazetted 5th April, 199!.) l. These Regulations may be cited as the FISHERIES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1997 and shall be read and construed as one with the Fisheries Regulations, which as amended. are hereinafter referred to as the principal Regulations. 2. Regulation 5 A of the principal Regulations is hereby repealed and replaced by the following: "5A.
