STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. 155 of 19% REGULATIONS made h.v the Minister ofA2riculture and Fittheries in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by .<edion 13 of the Fisheries Act, Chapter 174 of the Laws of Belize, Revised Edition 1980-1990, and all other powers thereunto htm enqbfi11g, (Gazetted 18th December, 1996.) L These Regulations may be cited as the FISHERIES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1996. and shall be read and construed as one with the Fisheries Regulations, which as amended, are hereinafler referred lo as the principal Regulations. 2. Regulation 5 A of the principal Regulations is hereby, repealed and replaced by the following: "SA.
