Citation 2. Vesting of property in the Corporation Schedule S.I. 68, 2008. 1. Citation This Order may be cited as the Water Utilities Corporation (Vesting of Assets) Order. 2. Vesting of property in the Corporation The property specified in the Schedule, being an asset of the Government of Botswana, is hereby vested absolutely in the Water Utilities Corporation with retrospective effect as from 3rd March, 1983. SCHEDULE Tribal Grant No. 5 - NQ (Central Administrative District) as shown on Diagram DSL No. 39/82.
