Citation 2. Amendment of S.I. 59 of 1995 3. Amendment of section 3 (1) (b) of S.I. 59 of 1995 IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred on the Minister of Local Government, Lands and Housing by section 40 of the Tribal Land Act, the following Order is hereby made 1. This Order may be cited as the Tribal Land (Establishment of Land Citation Tribunals) (Amendment) Order, 1996. 2. The Tribal Land (Establishment of Land Tribunals) Orderis amended by substituting for the word "Chairman" wherever it appears in the Order the word "President" in each case. 3. Section 3(1) (b) of the Tribal Land (Establishment of Land Tribunals Order) is amended by inserting at the end thereof the words "and educated to at least Cambridge School Certificate Standard".
