Amendment of second Schedule to Cap. 32:02 An Act to amend the Tribal Land Act Date of Assent: 12.8.85 Date of Commencement: 16:8:85 EN ACTED by the Parliament of Botswana. 1. This Act may be cited as the Tribal Land (Amendment) Act, 1985. 2. The Second Schedule to the Tribal Land Act is hereby amended (a) by deleting the sentence "The whole of the foregoing areas will more fully appear edged red on deposited Copy Plan BP - 181 filed in the Department of Surveys and Lands." which appears at the end of paragraph (14); and ( b) by inserting immediately after the said paragraph (14) the following new provisions "(l S) The Farms No. 30- NQ, 37 - NQ, Portion 7 of Farm No. 77 - NQ, Portion IO of Farm No. 77- NQ, Portion 11 of Farm No. 77 - NQ, 86 - NQand 122 - OQ. The whole of the foregoing areas are fully delineated on deposited copy of Plan 181 (a) filed in the Department of Surveys and Lands." PASSED by the National Assembly this 26th day of July, 1985.
