Amendment of Fourth Schedule to D.p. 32:02 An Act to amend the Tribal Land Act Date of Assent: 3.4.84 Date of Commencement: 13.4.84 ENACTED by the Parliament of Botswana, A.5 ofl984 I. This Act may be cited as the Tribal Land (Amendment) Act, Shor1 lille 1984. 2. The Fourth Schedule to the Tribal Land Act is amended by Amendment numbering the paragraph therein set out as paragraph (1) and of Fourth adding thereto, immediately after that paragraph, the following !11t;.1~:02 new paragraph "(2) Portion 2 of the Farm Hereford No. 8-JM as shown on Diagram D.S.L.
