TRIBAL LAND (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1980 No. 24 ARRANGEMENT OF SECTIONS SECTION 1. Short title 2. Amendment of section 3 of Cap. 32:02 An Act to amend the Tribal land Act Date of Assent: 9.9.80. Date of Commencement: 12.9.80. ENACTED by the Parliament of Botswana I. This Act may be cited as the Tribal Land (Amendment) Act, 1980. 2. Section 3 of the Tribal Land Act is amended by adding thereto, immediately after subsection (5 ), .the following new subsection "(ti) The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, amend the entries set out in the third column of the First Schedule in orde1 to vary the membership of any land board.".
