DECLARATION OF SOWA TOWNSHIP WATERWORKS AREA ORDER (under section 4) (13th July, 1990) S.I. 63, 1990. 1. Citation This Order may be cited as the Declaration of Sowa Township Waterworks Area Order. 2. Declaration of waterworks area (1) Sowa Township, being an area in which an undertaking exists, or in which a public water supply should be established, is hereby declared to be a waterworks area, hereafter referred to as the Sowa Township Waterworks Area, for the purposes of the Act. (2) The boundaries of the area referred to in subparagraph (1) shall be the boundaries of Sowa Township as defined in the Declaration of Sowa Township Order, 1990 (Statutory Instrument 32 of 1990). Prohibition of use of water for specific purposes 3. Offence S.I. 122, 1990. 1. Citation This Order may be cited as the Prohibition of Use of Water in Lobatse Waterworks Area Order. 2. Prohibition of use of water for specific purposes The use of potable water for filling or topping up swimming pools, and of washing motor vehicles by hosepipe and watering gardens by hosepipe by consumers supplied by the Lobatse Water Undertaking within the Lobatse Waterworks Area is hereby prohibited from the 19th November, 1990, until further notice. 3. Offence Any person who contravenes paragraph 2 of this Order shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to the penalties provided under section 26 of the Act.
