Citation This Order may be cited as the Pounds (Prescribed Form) Order. 2. Prescribed form The form set out in the Schedule is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (iv) of the proviso to section 52 of the Act. SCHEDULE CERTIFICATE (Para. 2) POUNDS ACT (Cap. 36:05) To: The Poundmaster .....................................................
