Copyright Government of Botswana A person who contravenes regulation 3, commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding P500 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both. DISEASES OF ANIMALS (INOCULATION) ORDER (under regulation 22 of the Diseases of Stock Regulations) (10th March, 1952) ARRANGEMENT OF PARAGRAPHS PARAGRAPH 1. Citation 2. Inoculation of bovines G.N. 24, 1952. 1. Citation This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals (Inoculation) Order. 2. Inoculation of bovines All bovines in Botswana shall be inoculated annually against anthrax. FOOT-AND-MOUTH DISEASE (CONVEYANCE OF PRODUCTS) ORDER (under regulation 57 of the Diseases of Stock Regulations) (30th July, 1960) ARRANGEMENT OF PARAGRAPHS PARAGRAPH 1. Citation 2. Declaration of products Schedule G.N. 23, 1960. 1. Citation This Order may be cited as the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Conveyance of Products) Order. 2. Declaration of products The vegetable and animal products specified in the Schedule are declared to be vegetable and animal products likely to convey or spread foot-and-mouth disease. SCHEDULE Any of the following products: Hay; manure; bedding; fodder; hides; skins; milk or cream; bones; Copyright Government of Botswana meat, whether dried or fresh; riems; horns or hoofs; game trophies or skins; blood; hair; meat offals; hide and skin pieces and trimmings. MOVEMENT OF STOCK (RESTRICTION) ORDER (under regulation 57 of the Diseases of Stock Regulations) (30th July, 1960) ARRANGEMENT OF PARAGRAPHS PARAGRAPH 1. Citation 2. Restriction on the movement of stock G.N. 24, 1960. 1. Citation This Order may be cited as the Movement of Stock (Restriction) Order. 2. Restriction on the movement of stock Movement is prohibited, except under permit issued in respect of each removal by a person authorized by the Director to issue such permits, of all stock within Botswana. DISEASES OF ANIMALS (MUZZLING) ORDER (under regulation 83 of the Diseases of Stock Regulations) (1st March, 1954) ARRANGEMENT OF PARAGRAPHS PARAGRAPH 1. Citation 2. Muzzling, etc. G.N. 9, 1954. 1. Citation This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals (Muzzling) Order. 2. Muzzling, etc. The Director, veterinary officers, livestock officers and stock inspectors may order any dog or other species of carnivora or monkey in Botswana to be isolated, muzzled or destroyed.
