DECLARATION OF SOWA TOWNSHIP WATERWORKS AREA ORDER (under section 4) (13th July, 1990) S.I. 63, 1990. 1. Citation This Order may be cited as the Declaration of Sowa Township Waterworks Area Order. 2. Declaration of waterworks area (1) Sowa Township, being an area in which an undertaking exists, or in which a public water supply should be established, is hereby declared to be a waterworks area, hereafter referred to as the Sowa Township Waterworks Area, for the purposes of the Act. (2) The boundaries of the area referred to in subparagraph (1) shall be the boundaries of Sowa Township as defined in the Declaration of Sowa Township Order, 1990 (Statutory Instrument 32 of 1990).
