Citation 2. Declaration of infected area 3. Movement of stock prohibited 4. Revocation of statutory instrument No. 82 of 1995 IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Diseases of Animals Act, the Director of Veterinary Services hereby makes the following Order 1. This Order may be cited as the Declaration of Contagious Bovine Citation Pleuropneumonia (Lung sickness) Infected Area (Amendment) Order. 1996. 2. The Area North of latitude 20 degrees 15' south and bordered by the Declaration of border with Namibia to the west, the buffalo fence to the east, and the Namibian infected area border to the north is hereby declared to be infected with contagious bovine pleuropneumonia (Lung sickness). 3. Until further notice, no person shall move cattle from or into the infected Movement area or frum place to place for a distance of more than eight kilometres (8 k.m) of Stock within the area without a written permit to do so from a Veterinary Officer or Prohibited any other Officer authorised by the Director to give such a permit. 4. Declaration of Contagious Bovine Pleuropneumonia (Lung sickness) Infected Area Order is hereby revoked. MADE this 4th day of January, 1996. Revocation of Statutory Instrument No. 82 of 1995 M.V.
