CONTROLLED HUNTING AREAS (FEES) ORDER (under section 16(4)) (17th March, 1995) S.I. 16, 1995. 1. Citation This Order may be cited as the Controlled Hunting Areas (Fees) Order. 2. Controlled hunting area fees Any fees collected in accordance with the provisions of section 16(3) of the Cap. 38:01 Wildlife Conservation and National Parks Act shall be paid to the district council of the district in which the controlled hunting area concerned is situated: Provided that if the controlled hunting area concerned extends over more than one district the fees shall be divided equally between each of the districts concerned.
