710 Statutory Instrument No. 59 o/2016 CONTROL OF GOODS, PRICES AND OTHER CHARGES ACT (Cap. 43:08) CONTROL OF GOODS (RESTRICTION ON IMPORTATION OF WHEAT FLOUR) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2016 (Published on 10th June, 2016) ARRANGEMENT OF REGULATIONS REGULATION 1. Citation 2. Amendment of regulation 4 of Cap. 43:08 (Sub. Leg.) 3. Revocation of S.I. No. 46 of2015 IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred on the Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry by section 3 of the Control of Goods, Prices and Other Charges Act, the following Regulations are hereby made 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Control of Goods (Restriction on Citation Importation of Wheat Flour) (Amendment) Regulations, 2016. 2. The Control of Goods (Restriction on Importation of Wheat Flour) Amendment of regulation 4 of Cap. 43:08 (Sub. Leg.) Regulations are amended in regulation 4 by substituting for the word " 13.5%" appearing in subregulation (2) the word "12%". 3. The Control of Goods, Prices and Other Charges (Restriction on Importation of Wheat Flour) (Amendment) Regulations, 2015 are hereby revoked. MADE this 6th day of June, 2016. Revocation of S.I.
