No. 45 of 2025.......................................................................2 FISHERIES RESOURCES (JURISDICTION AND CONSERVATION) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS, 2025 FISHERIES ACT, 2020 (NO. 40 OF 2020) FISHERIES RESOURCES (JURISDICTION AND CONSERVATION) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS, 2025 The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred under section 126 of the Fisheries Act, 2020 makes the following regulations — 1. Citation and commencement. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries Resources (Jurisdiction and Conservation) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2025. (2) These Regulations shall come into force on the 1st day of July, 2025. 2. Amendment of Third Schedule of Sub. Leg. Vol. IV, Ch. 244 – 45. The Third Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended by the insertion, immediately after item (l), of the following — “(m) Foreign Pleasure Fishing Vessel Permit Up to 50 feet $100.00 Over 50 feet $300.00”. 3. Revocation of S. I. No. 45 of 2025. The Fisheries Resources (Jurisdiction and Conservation) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025 is hereby revoked. Made this 27th day of June, 2025.
