Citation and commencement................................................................................2 2. Repeal and replacement of the Schedule to Sub. Leg., Vol. III, Ch. 232-13.........2 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES (COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF WASTE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2013 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES ACT (CHAPTER 232) ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES (COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF WASTE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2013 The Minister in exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Environmental Health Services Act, makes the following regulations — 1. Citation and commencement. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Health Services (Collection and Disposal of Waste) (Amendment) Regulations, 2013. (2) These regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 2013. 2. Repeal and replacement of the Schedule to Sub. Leg., Vol. III, Ch. 232-13. The Schedule to the Environmental Health Services (Collection and Disposal of Waste) Regulations is repealed and replaced by the following — “ SCHEDULE (Regulation 49) WASTE DISPOSAL CHARGES FOR WASTE BROUGHT TO A WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITY A waste disposal fee shall be assessed and shall be paid by all private collectors for each load of waste as follows — Weight of Load Waste Disposal Fee 99 pounds or less No charge Between 100 and 199 pounds $5.00 per load Between 200 and 299 pounds $10.00 per load Between300 and 999 pounds $15.00 per load Between 1,000 and 1,999 pounds $20.00 per load Page - 2 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES (COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF WASTE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2013 2,000 pounds (1 ton) and greater $35 per ton construction and demolition waste $20 per ton cruise ship waste $40 per ton”.
