Application fees...................................................................................................2 SCHEDULE 3 Animal Health and Production (Fees) Regulations, 2023 ANIMAL HEALTH AND PRODUCTION ACT, 2016 (No. 7 of 2016) ANIMAL HEALTH AND PRODUCTION (FEES) REGULATIONS, 2023 The Minister in exercise of the powers conferred by section 67(h) of the Animal Health and Production Act, 2016 (No. 7 of 2016) hereby makes the following rules — 1. Citation and commencement. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Animal Health and Production (Fees) Regulations, 2023. (2) These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 2023. 2. Application fees. There shall be payable in respect of an application for — (a) the registration of an animal establishment under section 31 of the Act; (b) an import permit under section 43(1) of the Act; (c) the export of a consignment under section 50(1); and (d) the transit of a consignment through The Bahamas under section 51(1) of the Act, the fees shown in the Schedule.
