:: SEMA :: Secretaria do Meio Ambiente do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul :: file:///D/HTML/bra63483.htm[14.01.2025 20:10:33] PORTARIA N°54 /03, de 27 de agosto de 2003 O SECRETÁRIO ESTADUAL DO MEIO AMBIENTE, no uso das atribuições elencadas na Constituição Estadual, de 03 de outubro de 1989, e Lei Estadual 11.362, de 29 de julho de 1999, RESOLVE: Art. 1º - O prazo a que se refere o artigo 7º da Portaria 52/2003 passa a ser de 30 dias contados da publicação desta Portaria. Art. 2º - Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publicação. Art. 3º - Revoga-se as disposições em contrário. Porto Alegre, 02 de setembro de 2003.
