Portaria nº 45-N, de 27 de abril de 1.992 A PRESIDENTE DO INSTITUTO BRASILEIRO DO MEIO AMBIENTE E DOS RECURSOS NATURAIS RENOVÁVEIS - IBAMA, no uso das atribuições que lhe são conferidas pela Lei nº 7.735, de 23 de fevereiro de 1.989, e artigo 83, ítem XIV/ do Regimento Interno, aprovado pela Portaria MINTER nº 445, de 16 de agosto de 1.989, RESOLVE: Art. 1º - Incluir no ítem 1.0 Mammalia, sub-ítem 1.2 Primates, da Portaria 1.522, de 19 de dezembro de 1.989, a espécie Leontopithecus caissara (1.990) Família CALLITRICHIDAE , nome popular mico-leão-da-cara- preta. (Paraná e São Paulo). Art. 2º - Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data da sua publicação, revogadas as disposiçõeem contrário Maria Tereza Jorge Pádua Presidente (Of. nº 405/92)
