LEI N° 5.870, de 26 de março de 1973 Acrescenta alínea ao Artigo 26, da Lei 4.771, de 15 de Setembro de 1965, que institui o novo Código Florestal O Presidente da República Faço saber que o Congresso Nacional decreta e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei: Artigo 1° - O Artigo 26, da Lei 4.771, de 15 de Setembro de 1965, que institui o novo Código Florestal, passa a vigorar acrescido da seguinte alínea: "q) - transformar madeiras de lei em carvão, inclusive para qualquer efeito industrial, sem licença da autoridade competente". Artigo 2° - Esta Lei entrará em vigor na data de sua publicação, revogadas as disposições em contrário.
