LEI Nº 11.675, DE 19 MAIO DE 2008. Designa o cupuaçu fruta nacional. O PRESIDENTE DA REPÚBLICA Faço saber que o Congresso Nacional decreta e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei: Art. 1o O cupuaçu, fruto do cupuaçuzeiro (Theobroma grandiflorum), é designado fruta nacional. Art. 2o Esta Lei entra em vigor na data de sua publicação. Brasília, 19 de maio de 2008; 187o da Independência e 120o da República.
