Presidência da República Casa Civil Subchefia para Assuntos Jurídicos DECRETO Nº 7.695, DE 6 DE MARÇO DE 2012 Revoga o Decreto nº 5.564, de 19 de outubro de 2005, que institui o Comitê Nacional de Controle Higiênico Sanitário de Moluscos Bivalves - CNCMB. O VICE-PRESIDENTE DA REPÚBLICA, no exercício do cargo de Presidente da República, usando da atribuição que lhe confere o art. 84, inciso VI, alínea “a”, da Constituição, DECRETA: Art. 1o Fica revogado o Decreto no 5.564, de 19 de outubro de 2005, que institui o Comitê Nacional de Controle Higiênico-Sanitário de Moluscos Bivalves - CNCMB. Art. 2o Este Decreto entra em vigor na data de sua publicação. Brasília, 6 de março de 2012; 191º da Independência e 124º da República.
