Art. 1o O art. 1o do Decreto no 6.608, de 22 de outubro de 2008, passa a vigorar acrescido do seguinte inciso: "XXII - Linha de Transmissão Ilha Solteira - Ilha Solteira 2, em 440 kV, Circuito Duplo, localizada no Estado de Mato Grosso do Sul." (NR)
Art. 2o Ficam convalidados os atos praticados com fundamento no art. 3o da Lei no 9.427, de 26 de dezembro de 1996.
