class=SpellE>entidades/span> territoriales span class=SpellE>autónomas/span>, en el span class=SpellE>marco/span> de sus span class=SpellE>competencias/span>, la span class=SpellE>implementación/span > de span class=SpellE>proyectos/span> a span class=SpellE>nivel/span> de span class=SpellE>Estudio/span> span class=SpellE>Técnico/span>, span class=SpellE>Económico/span>, Social y span class=SpellE>Ambiental/span> TESA, para span class=SpellE>mejorar/span> la span class=SpellE>calidad/span> span class=SpellE>del/span> span class=SpellE>agua/span> span class=SpellE>destinada/span> al span class=SpellE>consumo/span> humano, span class=SpellE>priorizando/span> su span class=SpellE>implementación/span > en el span class=SpellE>Departamento/span> span class=SpellE>del/span>
