29th. JUNE, 2010 No. S 64 PROTECTED AREAS AND PROTECTED PLACES ACT (CHAPTER 147) PROTECTED PLACES (NO. 31 ORDER, 2010 ARRANGEMENT OF PARAGRAPHS Paragraph 1. Citation. 2. Declaration of protected place. 3. Authority. 1707 BRUNEI DARUSSALAM GOVERNMENT GAZETTE PROTECTED AREAS AND PROTECTED PLACES ACT (CHAPTER 147) PROTECTED PLACES (NO.3) ORDER, 2010 In exercise of the power conferred by section 5(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister of Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order Citation. 1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Places (No.3) Order, 2010. Declaration of protected place. 2. The place specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto, which is more particularly described in the plan specified in the second column thereof deposited in the office of the Surveyor-General, is hereby declared to be a protected place for the purposes of the Act. Authority. 3. The authority specified in the third column of the Schedule hereto is from whom permission to enter that protected place is to be received.
