BRUNEI DARUSSALAM GOVERNMENT GAZETTE No. S 69 HALAL MEAT ACT (CHAPTER 183) HALAL MEAT (AMENDMENT) RULES, 2008 ARRANGEMENT OF RULES Rule 1. Citation and commencement. 2. Substitution of Fourth Schedule to R1 of Chapter 183. 2254 6th. AUGUST, 2008 HALAL MEAT ACT (CHAPTER 183) HALAL MEAT (AMENDMENT) RULES, 2008 In exercise of the power conferred by section 16 of the Halal Meat Act, the Minister of Religious Affairs, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, hereby makes the following Rules Citation and commencement. 1. These Rules may be cited as the Halal Meat (Amendment) Rules, 2008 and shall commence on the same date as the Halal Certificate and Halal Label Order, 2005 IS 39/05). Substitution of Fourth Schedule to R1 of Chapter 183. 2. The Halal Meat Rules are amended by repealing the Fourth Schedule and by substituting the following new Schedule therefor "JADUAL KEEMPAT FOURTH SCHEDULE" 2255 BRUNEI DARUSSALAM GOVERNMENT GAZETTE Made this 4th. day of Syaaban, 1429 Hijriah corresponding to the 6th. day of August, 2008.
