2. Fees SCHEDULE - FEES 1930 19th. OCTOBER, 2023 ELECTRICITY ACT (Chapter 223J ELECTRICITY (FEESJ REGULATIONS, 2023 In exercise of the power conferred by section 67 of the Electricity Act, the Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, hereby makes the following Regulations- Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Electricity (FeesJ Regulations, 2023 and shall be deemed to have commenced on 1st January 2023. Fees
2. (1J The fees specified in the Schedule shall be payable to the Authority in respect of the matters to which they relate. Annual licence $0.80 for each kW of generation installed capacity
