A BILL entitled "THE BERMUDA NATIONAL PARKS AMENDMENT ACT 1991" WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Bermuda National Parks Act 1986: Be it enacted by The Queen 1 s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and the House of Assembly of Bennuda, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as the Bermuda National Parks Amend• Shon title. menc Act 1991. 2. The Bermuda National Parks Act 1986 is amended in • Amends Act No. 45 of 1986. (a) section 1 j by de!eting subse~~ion (3) and substituting the fallowing: "(3) The Minister shall, by Government Notice published in the Gazeue, notify members of the public of the date when every management plan takes effect."; (b) the Third Schedule. in parJgr3ph l(J). by deleting the words "P~1rks Admrni ,tr~aor" :ind suh~wuting the -.vords 0 Assistant Director, P:1.rks,".
