BERMUDA NATIONAL PARKS PROTECTED AREAS NOTICE 2004 1 BR 25/2004 BERMUDA NATIONAL PARKS ACT 1986 1986 : 45 THE BERMUDA NATIONAL PARKS PROTECTED AREAS NOTICE 2004 WHEREAS the Minister responsible for the Environment ("the Minister") deems it expedient that certain amendments should be made to the First Schedule to the Bermuda National Parks Act 1986 ("the Act") pursuant to the sale of land enroached upon by development on a neighbouring lot; AND WHEREAS the Minister has given an opportunity for public comments to be made to her under section 4 of the Act on the proposed amendments, and has taken into account such public comments as have been so made: NOW, THEREFORE, the Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 3(4) of the Act and by any other statutory provision, gives the following Notice:— Citation 1 This Notice may be cited as the Bermuda National Parks Protected Areas Notice 2004. Change of boundary of protected area 2 There is deleted from the Railway Trail protected area declared in the First Schedule to the Act, the area shown coloured in black on the map set forth in the Schedule to this Notice amounting to 10.76 square metres (115.86 square feet).
