4.- 24 mai 1950. - O.L. N2 51/172. Im~ortation d'elements de reproduction du grand soleil (Helianthus annuus). (B.A.,1950t P• 1433). Rendue executoire au Burundi par o.R.U.n2 51/107 du 30 septembre 1950 (B.O.R.U.,p.841). IL resulte du preambule que cette mesure vise a proteger les plantations de grand soleil de toute contamination etrangere. 1.- L'importation d'elements de reproduction de grand soleil(Helianthus), est interdite, sauf autorisation prealable du gouverneur general. 2.-Toute infraction a la presente ordonnance sera punie d 1une amende de 1 a 1.000 francs.
