Amendment of sedioa 1~ E.B. Act XVIII of 1950-In the said Act. in section 1, (a) in sub-section (1), the words "East Bengal" shall be omitted; (b) in sufl..section (2), for the word~ "East Pakistan" the word "Bangladesh" shall be substituted; and (c) in sub-section (3), the word "Provi:J.cia.l" shall be omitted. 4. Amendment of sed:lon 2, E.B. Act XVIll of 1950...-ln the saitl. Act, in section 2, (aJ ror clause (I) the following shall be subswwed, namely: "(J) •'fish" includes all cartilagunous, bony fishes, prawn, shrimp, amphibians, tortoise, turtles, crustn~can animal!.i, molluscs, echino dc:rms and frogs at all st;:igcs in their life history;"; (b) ia cfause (2), thQ w-ord "Pro,,indal'', occurring twict, shall VI'). omitted; and (c) clat:se (4) shall be omitred. 5. Amendment of section 3, E.B. Amendment of st<:tion S, E.B.
