GOVERNMENT OF EAST BENGAL DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, CO-OPERATION AND RELIEF Fisheries Branch NOTIFICATION Dacca.- No. 6581 Fish.- 3rd July 19S0.-ln exercise of th e po 'N e r co n f e r r c d by s u b -s G c ti o n ( 1 ) o f s e c i to n 6 o f t h c E2st Bengal Protection and Conservalion o! Fish Act. 1950 (East BE:rigal Act XVIII of 1950), the Governor is pleased to empower the persons mentioned below, to ::urest without warraGt in accordance with the provisions of the said section, any person committing a breach of any rule under section 3 or any prohibition notified under section 4 at the said A.ct. namely: ( "1 ·, A\I Magistrate. (2 i Ail Police Officers not below the rank of Sub Inspector of Police .r Officer-in-Charge of a police station. ,6-11 Forest Officers not below the rank of Deputy Ranger employed in the Sundarbans Forest Division.
