Amendment of section 10 of Cap. 229A LAND VALUATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2013-4 3 BARBADOS 1 assent ELLIOTT F. BELGRAVE Governor-General 28th January. 2013. 2013-4 An Act to amend the Land Valuation Act ENACTED by the Parliament of Barbados as follows: Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Land Valuation (Amendment) Act, 2013. LAND VALUATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2013-4 Amendment of section 10 of Cap. 229A 2. Section 10 of the Land Valuation Act Cap. 229A is amended by inserting the following subsection after subsection (4): "(5) Subsections (1) and (2) of this section shall not apply to hotels within the meaning of section 6B of the Land Tax Act, Cap. 78A for the period commencing on 1st April 2012 and ending on 31st March 2020.".
