S.I. 2019 No. 66 Barbados Water Authority Act CAP. 274A The Barbados Water Authority Board, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 28(3) of the Barbados Water Authority Act, with the approval of the Cabinet, makes the following Regulations: These Regulations may be cited as the Barbados Water Authority (Water and Sewerage Rates) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019. The Barbados Water Authority (Water and Sewerage Rates) Regulations, 2009 (S.I. 2009 No. 69) is amended by deleting subparagraph (b) of paragraph 8 of the First Schedule and substituting therefor the subparagraph contained in the Schedule to these Regulations. 1. 2.
