Short title This Act may be cited as the Barbados Agricultural Development and Marketing Corporation (Amendment) Act, 2023. Amendment of section 4 of Cap. 254 Section 4 of the Barbados Agricultural Development and Marketing Corporation Act, Cap. 254 is amended by deleting the word “and” appearing in paragraph (i); and inserting immediately after paragraph (j) the following paragraph: to manage and control the spring located in the parish of Saint Philip known as Three Houses Spring. ”. “(k) Read three times and passed the House of Assembly this day of , 2023.
