Amendment of section 22 of Cap. 253 ANIMALS (DISEASES AND IMPORTATION) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2014-10 BARBADOS I assent ELLIOTT F. BELGRAVE Governor-General 20th August, 2014. 2014-10 An Act to amend the Animals (Diseases and Importation) Act. [Commencement: 25th August, 2014] ENACTED by the Parliament of Barbados as follows: Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Animals (Diseases and Importation) (Amendment) Act, 2014. ANIMALS (DISEASES AND IMPORTATION) (AMENDMENT) 4 ACT, 2014-10 Amendment of section 22 of Cap. 253 2. The Animals (Diseases and Importation) Act, Cap. 253 is amended by deleting section 22 and substituting the following: "Amendment of Schedule and Regulations subject to negative resolution 22.(1) The Minister may make regulations and may on the advice of the Senior Veterinary Officer amend any Schedule to those Regulations. (2) Regulations made under this Act are subject to negative resolution.".
