Član 2 U članu 27 stavu 4 iza riječi "Brčko" riječ: "Distrikta" zamjenjuje se riječju: "distrikta". Član 3 U članu 28 iza riječi "teritoriji" riječ: "Brčko" se briše. Član 4 Ovaj zakon stupa na snagu 8 . ( osmog) dana od dana objavljivanja u "Službenom glasniku Brčko distrikta BiH".
