Tot zeediergroepen waarop het verbod, als bedoeld in artikel 5, eerste lid van de Marien-milieuverordening, van toepassing is, wordt de schildpad aangewezen. 2. Onder de schildpad als bedoeld in het eerste lid worden verstaan, de Dermochelys coriacea, de Chelonia mydas, de Eretmochelys imbricata, de Caretta caretta, de Lepidochelys kempi en de Lepidochelys olivacea. Artikel 2 Dit landsbesluit treedt in werking met ingang van de dag na die van zijn afkondiging.
