These Regulations may be cited as the Water (Register of Interests) Regulations 1990. Objectives 1. Authorising provisions 3. These Regulations are made under sections 95 (2), (4), (5) and (10) and 324 of the Water Act 1989 and section 13 ofthe interpretation ofLegislation Act 1984. Definitions 4. In these Regulations "Act" means the Water Act 1989. "Schedule" means the Schedule to these Regulations. Register of interests-primary return 5. A primary return under section 95 (2) or (4) of the Act must be in accordance wtth Form 1 of the Schedule. I Water (Register ofInterests) Regulations 1990 S.R.
