STATUTORY RULES 1990 No. 204 Water Act 1989 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 14 August 1990 Responsible Minister: STEVEN MARSHALL CRABB Minister for Conservation and Environment NEIL MORROW Clerk of the Executive Council Water (Notice of Disposition of Land) Regulations 1990 Title 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Water (Notice of Disposi tion of Land) Regulations 1990. Authorising provisions 2. These Regulations are made under sections 159 and 324 of the Act and section 13 of the Interpretation ojLegislation Act 1984. Definition 3. In these Regulations "the Act" means the Water Act 1989. Objective 4. The objective of these Regulations is to give effect 10 section 159 of the Act by prescribing the requirements for lodging notices in relation to a disposition ofany land. Notice of disposition 5. For the purposes of section 159 of the Act (a) n prescribed person required to give notice in relation to the disposition of any land is a person who disposes ofany land in respect of which a fee has been imposed under section 259 of the Act by an Authority; (b) the prescribed forrn of N otice of Disposition of 1:;lnrl is the form in the Schedule and must contain all the particulars necessary to complete the form prescribed in the Schedule; (c) the Secretary of the Authority which has imposed the fee 70256/90 ,.5 Wafer (Notice ofDisposition ofLand) Regulations 1990 S.R.
